$1,850 weekend nights (Fri/Sat/Sun) · $1,300 weekday nights (Mon–Thu). Retreat leader + one co-facilitator stay and dine at no additional cost.

$500 cleaning fee per stay · ~11.5% FL sales & tourist tax · Early arrival and late departure available at discounted rates when adjacent days are open.

How far is Mandala House from the airport?

Pensacola International (PNS) is about 20 minutes away — the most convenient option for flying guests. Destin–Fort Walton Beach (VPS) and Mobile Regional (MOB) are both approximately one hour from the property.
How far are we from the beach?

Pensacola Beach and Gulf Breeze are approximately 30–35 minutes from the property — close enough for an excursion day or a free afternoon without it feeling like a project.
Is there parking on the property?

Yes — the property accommodates 20+ vehicles. Guests can drive in from across the region without any parking stress.
The Property & On-Site Experience
Is there someone on-site during our retreat?

Wendy and her husband Jeff live on the property in a private residence separate from the venue. We're available if you need us and completely out of the way when you don't.
Can I visit the property before booking?

Absolutely — we'd love to show you around. Schedule a venue tour through the booking page and we'll find a time that works.
Is there WiFi?

Yes, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.
Is bedding and towels provided?
+
Yes. All beds are fully made and towels are provided for every guest. You show up — we've handled the details.
Catering & Food
Do I have to use Mandala House catering?

No. Venue-only bookings are available with full kitchen access included. Outside caterers are also welcome with advance coordination.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes — dietary accommodations are built into the planning process, not added as an afterthought. Vegan, gluten-free, allergen-specific, and other needs are handled as part of your menu planning. Nothing reads as a lesser option on the table.
Vendors & Outside Providers
Can I bring my own facilitators, teachers, or healers?

Yes — outside vendors and practitioners are always welcome. We're happy to help coordinate logistics so everything runs smoothly alongside your program.
Is there a fee for bringing outside vendors?

No. There is no additional fee for outside vendors or practitioners. We only ask for advance coordination so we can plan accordingly.
Policies
Are pets allowed?

We love animals but ask that guests not bring pets to the property.
Is smoking allowed?
+
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house. Designated outdoor areas are available for those who need them.
Can we have alcohol at our retreat?
+
Yes, alcohol is permitted. We ask that it be managed responsibly and in keeping with the spirit of your retreat.
What happens if my headcount changes after booking?

Final headcount is confirmed 60 days before your retreat, with minor adjustments accepted up to 2 weeks prior. Significant changes may affect your catering costs — we'll work with you to adjust as needed.
